Bug reward program

We love to see our server bug free. Bug free server ensures hassle free and fair gaming. So we have decided to reward the players who report bug and also put their name/ character in our hall of fame of bug reports. Criticality of the bug will be the criteria for bug rewards (yes we do reward!). More serious the bug is, the higher will be the reward. The only criteria is that this bug has to be disclosed only with official people and should not be disclosed to anyone until official person agrees to share. 

Bugs can be under the following categories

• In game
• Website (including blog, forum and ACP)

What type of bugs do not qualify?

• Graphics of the game
• Phishing attacks to steal username and passwords
• Quest kills being unavailable for some quests under level 70
• Some creatures not dropping certain items (except quest items)
• Autopot being on

What type of bugs likely to be qualified?

• Some element in game that would give a player unfair advantage over other player.
• Creatures dropping unusual items which it should not drop.
• Bug in ACP which might give away personal information like username and password of a player to the attacker.
• Bug in ACP through a player can get unfair advantage over another player in game.

All bugs have to reported by e-mail to bugs@a3-classic.com . Bug has to be clearly explained in detail if possible with a screenshot or video footage. If needed officials might ask some extra questions which has to be answered promptly by the reported!

Little information about events

After putting a little thought on conducting events, we the GM team have come up with a decision. Each and every event will require a minimum number of players online actively participating in it. Unless the online player count is up to the stipulated number, the event will be either cancelled or put on hold. This decision was made in favor of players as we are hoping this will make existing players invite more people and get more events done in game.

So we urge players to invite more and more people to server and make server live.

SURE EVENT : Each Sunday there will be 2x event if required player count is equal or above the announced player count!
